Not completely corrupt the original Chinese character tags of mp3's

Perhaps ironically, as with several Chinese origin converters, converting Chinese mp3's with tags in Chinese characters produces an mp3 with completely garbage characters in the tags. Non-Chinese origin convertors like xrecode succeed in this. Please maintain unicode compatibility.
